Before you evaluate a facility's AI monitoring capabilities, it's worth understanding what your loved one will actually experience — and what questions you should be asking on their behalf.
01 — The Range of Monitoring Technology Is Wider Than Most Families Realize
AI monitoring in care facilities is not a single thing. It's a spectrum, and different facilities use very different combinations of tools. Understanding what's actually installed matters because the resident experience varies enormously depending on the approach.
